The Gospel According to St Matthew

001The book of the Genealogy of Jesus Christ, the Son of David, the Son of Abraham1:1
002Salmon begot Boa by Rehab, Boaz begot Obed by Ruth, Obed begot Jesse, and Jesse begot David the King1:5-6
003The generations from Abram to David are 14 generations, from David until the Captivity in Babylon are 14 generations, and from the Captivity in Babylon until the Christ are 14 generations1:17
004Mary was betrothed to Jeseph, She was found with child of the Holy Spirit1:18
005Behold a Virgin shall be with Child1:23
006We have seen His Star in the East2:2
007Out of Egypt I called my Son2:15
008He shall be called Nazarene2:23
009Brood of vipers! Who has warned you to flee from the wrath to come3:7
010Therefore, bear fruits, worthy of repentance3:8
011God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones3:9
012He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and Fire3:11
013And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, this is My beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased3:17
014Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God4:4
015You shall not tempt the Lord your God4:7
016You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve4:10
017The people who sat in darkness saw a great light and upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death light has dawned4:16
018Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men4:19
019Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven5:3
020Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted5:4
021Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth5:5
022Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness for they shall be filled5:6
023Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy5:7
024Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God5:8
025Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God5:9
026Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake for theirs is the kingdom of heaven5:10
027Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake, Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you5:11-12
028You are the salt of the earth5:13
029You are the light of the World5:14
030I did not come to destroy the Law, but to fulfil5:17
031Till Heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the Law, till all is fulfilled5:18
032Unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the Scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of Heaven5:20
033Whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment5:21
034Therefore, if you bring your gift to the alter, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the alter, and go your way, first be reconciled to your brother, and then came and offer your gift5:23-24
035Whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart5:28
036Whoever divorces his wife for any reason except sexual immorality causes her to commit adultery5:32
037You cannot make one hair white or black5:36
038Let your yes be “yes” and your no “no”5;37
039An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth5:38
040But I tell you not resist an evil person, but whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also5:39
041You have heard that it was said, “you shall live your neighbour and hate your enemy. But I say to you LOVE YOUR ENEMIES, bless those who curse you5:43-44
042You shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect5:48
043Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise, you have no reward from your Father in heaven6:1
044When you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing6:3
045Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name, Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For your is the kingdom, the power and the glory forever. Amen.6:9-13
046But lay up for yourselves, treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal, for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also6:20-21
047The lamp of the body is the EYE6:22
048You cannot serve God and Mammon6:24
049Which of you by worrying can, add one cubit to his stature6:27
050Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you6:33
051Judge not that you be not judged7:1
052Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?7:3
053Ask, and it will be given to you, seek, and you will find, knock, and it will be opened to you7:7
054Whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets7:12
055Beware of false prophets7:15
056Enter by narrow gate: for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it7:13-14
057Every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit7:17
058Not everyone who says to Me, lord, lord shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven7:21
059He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes7:29
060In outer darkness, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth8:12
061Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nets, but the son of man has nowhere to lay His head8:20
062Then another of His disciples said to Him, Lord let me first go and burry my father: But Jesus said to him, “Follow Me and let the dead bury their own dead8:21-22
063But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins9:6
064Those who are well have no need of a physian, but those who are sick9:12
065I desire mercy and not sacrifice. I did not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance9:13
066No one puts a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, for the patch pulls away from garment and the tear is mane worse9:16
067A woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment; the woman was made well from that hour, be of good cheer daughter, your faith has made you well9:20-22
068The harvest truly is plentiful, but the labourers are few, therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out labours into His harvest9:37-38
069Twelve Apostles: 1) Simon peter (2) Andrew (3) James son of Zebedee (4) John (5) Philip (6) Bartholomew (7) Thomas (8) Matthew (9) James son of Alphaeus (10) Lebbaeus/ Thaddaeus (11) Simon the Canaanite (12) Judas Iscariot who also betrayed Him  10:2-4
070Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast our demons, freely you have received, freely give10:8
071Be wise as serpents and harmless as doves10:16
072You will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved10:22
073There is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be know10:22
074Fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell10:28
075The very hairs of your head are all numbered10:30
076Therefore, whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven10:32
077A man’s foes will be those of his own household10:36
078He who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me10:38
079Whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly I say to you he shall no means lose his reward10:42
080Blessed is he who is not offended because of Me11:6
081I thank you father, Lord of heaven and earth, because You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes11:25
082Come to Me, all you who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest11:28
083My yoke is easy and My burden is light11:30
084The Son of Man is LORD even of the sabbath12.8
085It is lawful to do good on the sabbath12:12
086My beloved in whom My soul is well pleased, He will declare Justice to the Gentiles12:18
087A bruised reed He will not break, and smoking flax He will not quench, till He sends forth justice to victory12:20
088The blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men12:31
089Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks12:34
090For every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of Judgment12:36
091Whover does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother, and sister and mother12:50
092But other fell on good ground and yielded a crop, some a hundredfold, some sixty and some thirty13:8
093For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance, but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him13:12
094Without a parable He did not speak to them13:34
095I will utter, things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world13:35
096There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth13:42
097The kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who when he has found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it13:45-46
098Is this not the carpenter’s son? Is not His mother called Mary? And His brothers, James, Joses, Simon and Judas13:55
099A prophet is not without honour except in his own country and in his own house13:57
100Peter walked on the water to go to Jesus14:29
101Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man, but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man15:11
102Those things which proceed out of the mouth come from heart, and they defile a man15:18
103For out of the heart proceed, evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies, these are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man15:19-20
104I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of ISRAEL15:24
105It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs15:26
106Simon Peter said, You are the CHRIST, the son of the living God16:16
107You are PETER, and on this rock, I will build My church, and the gates of hades shall not prevail against it16:18
108And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. And whatever you bind on earth will be bound on heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven16:19
109Get behind Me Satan16:23
110Then Jesus said to His disciples, If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me16:24
111For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for My sake will find it16:25
112For what is a man profited if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or What will a man give in exchange for his soul16:26
113He (Jesus) will reward each according to his work16:27
114Behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them17:3
115This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, hear Him17:5
116Jesus said do not be afraid17:7
117Elijah has come already, then the disciples understood that He spoke to them of JOHN THE BAPTIST17:20-21
118If you have faith as a mustard seed, nothing will be impossible for you17:20-21
119However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting17:21
120The sons are fee17:26
121Unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven18:3
122But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea18:6
123Woe to the world because of offences18:7
124And if your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you. It is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet, to be cast into the everlasting fire18:8
125Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angles always see the face of My Father who is in heaven18:10
126The Son of Man has come to save that which was lost18:11
127It is not the will of your Father who is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish18:14
128By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established18:16
129For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them18:20
130You can forgive up to seventy times seven18:22
131Therefore, what God has joined together, let not man separate19:6
132Moses, because of the hardness of your hearts, permitted you to divorce your wives19:8
133Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven19:14
134No one is good but one, that is God19:17
135If you want to be perfect, sell what you have and give to the poor and come, follow Me19:21
136It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God19:24
137With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible19:26
138And everyone, who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands for My name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit everlasting life19:29
139Many who are first will be lost and the last first19:30
140Many are called, but few chosen20:16
141Whoever desires to become great among you, let his be your servant20:26
142The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve20:28
143Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest21:9
144My house shall be called a house of prayer, but you have made it a den of thieves21:13
145And seeing a fig tree by the road, He came to it and found nothing on it but leaves, and said to it, “Let no fruit grow on you ever again”. And immediately the fig tree withered away21:19
146The tax collectors and harlots enter the kingdom of God before you21:31
147The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone. This was the LORD’s doing and it is marvellous in our eyes21:42
148You do not regard the person of men22:16
149You are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures nor the Power of God, for in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angles of God in heaven22:29-30
150God is not the God of the dead, but of the living22:32
151The great commandments in the Law: You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind, you shall love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets22:36-40
152For they say, and do not do23:3
153You are all brethren23:8
154Do not call anyone on earth your father23:9
155Whoever exalt himself will be abased and he who humbles himself will be exalted23:12
156You neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in23:13
157For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin and have neglected the weightier matters of the Law; justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone23:23
158That on you may come all the righteous blood shed on the earth from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah son of Berechiah whom you murdered between the temple and the alter23:35
159Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences and earthquakes in various places24:7
160And because lawlessness will abound the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved24:12
161For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together24:28
162The sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of heaven will be shaken24:29
163They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory24:30
164Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away24:35
165Watch therefore, for you know neither the day not the hour in which the Son of Man us coming25:13
166Well done, good and faithful servant25:21
167Then the King will say to those on His right hand, come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world25:34
168Then He will also say to those on the left hand, depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angles25:41
169I say to you, one of you will betray Me26:21
170Jesus took bread, blessed it and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, take, eat; this is My body26:26
171This is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins26:28
172I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered26:31
173Before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times26:34
174Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirt indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak26:41
175All who take the sword will perish by the sword26:52
176Then all the disciples forsook Him and fled26:56
177You will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the power, and coming on the clouds of heaven26:64
178Jesus of Galilee26:69
179Jesus of Nazareth26:71
180Peter went out and wept bitterly26:75
181Then Pilate said to Him, “Do you not hear how many things they testify against you? And He answered him not one word, so that the Governor marvelled greatly27:13-14
182He knew that because of envy they had delivered Him27:18
183Pilate’s wife sent to him, saying “Have nothing to do with that just Man27:19
184All the people answered and said, “His blood be on us and on our children27:25
185They divided My garments among them, and for My clothing they cast lots27:35
186THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS27:37
187Eli, Eli, Lama Sabachthani? that is My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me27:46
188The veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split27:51
189And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who have fallen asleep were raised27:52
190Truly this was the Son of God27:54
191The last deception will be worse than the first27:64
192He is risen from the dead28:7
193All authority has been given to Me, in heaven and on earth28:18
194Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, “Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and Lo I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.28:19-20

The Gospel According to St John

001In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God1:1
002All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made1:3
003In Him was life, and the life was the light of men1:4
004He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him1:11
005As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name1:12
006The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth1:14
007Of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace1:16
008The Law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ1:17
009No one has seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him1:18
010The voice of one crying in the wilderness; “Make straight the way of the Lord”1:23
011It is He who coming after me, is preferred before me, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to lose1:27
012Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the World1:29
013He (Jesus) who baptizes with the Holy Spirit1:33
014The angles of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man1:51
015“Zeal for your house has eaten me up2:27
016He knew what was in man2:25
017No one can do these signs that you do unless God is with him3:2
018Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God3:3
019Unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God3:5
020You must be born again3:7
021No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven3:13
022Whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life3:15
023God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life3:16
024The world through Him might be saved3:17
025He who believes in Him is not condemned3:18
026A man can receive nothing unless it has been given to him from heaven3:27
027He must increase but I must decrease, He who comes from above is above all3:30-31
028God is TRUE3:33
029He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him3:36
030Jews have no dealings with Samaritans4:9
031The water that I shall give him will never thirst4:14
032Salvation is of the Jews4:22
033But the hour is coming and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and Truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him4:23
034God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth4:24
035My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work4:34
036Lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest4:35
037One sows and another reaps4:37
038Christ, the Savour of the World4:42
039A prophet has no honour in his own country4:44
040Unless you people see signs and wonders, you will by no means believe4:48
041Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you5:14
042The Father loves the Son5:20
043The Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son5:22
044He who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life; and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life5:24
045He (The Father) has granted the Son to have life in Himself5:26
046And come forth those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation5:29
047If I bear witness of Myself, My witness is not true5:31
048The very works that I do- bear witness of Me, that the Father has sent Me5:36
049The fourfold witness of Jesus Christ- The John Baptist borne witness of Jesus The very Works that Jesus did The Father who sent Jesus testified of Jesus The Scriptures which we read testified Jesus5:31-39
050You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me5:39
051I do not receive honour from men5:41
052This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world6:14
053You seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled6:26
054This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent6:29
055He gave them bread from heaven to eat6:31
056I am the bread of life6:35
057The one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out6:37
058Every one who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at last day6:40
059No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him6:44
060Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life6:47
061I am the living bread which came down from heaven6:51
062Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you6:53
063Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life and I will raise him up at the last day6:54
064He who eats this bread will live forever6:58
065It is the Spirit who gives life6:63
066No one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father6:65
067“Lord to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life6:68
068Even His brothers did not believe in Him7:5
069How does this man know letters, having never studied7:15
070Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgement7:24
071“When the Christ comes, no one knows where He is from”7:27
072Out of His heart will flow rivers of living water7:38
073No Prophet has arisen out of Galilee7”52
074He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first8:7

077I am not alone, but I am with the Father, who sent Me8:16
078The testimony of two men is true8:17
079I am not of this world8:23
080He who sent Me is TRUE8:26

088If any one keeps My word, he shall never taste death8:52
089Before Abraham was, I am8:58
090I am the light of the world9:5
091If this Man were not from God, He could do nothing9:33

094I am the good shepherd; The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep10:11
095I lay down My life that I may take it again10:17
096God does not hear sinners10:31
097I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father10:18
098“I and My Father are one.”10:30
099Is it not written in your Law, I said “You are Gods.”10:34

102JESUS WEPT11:35
103If you would believe, you would see the glory of God11:40
104Jesus would die for the nation11:51
105He would gather together in one, the children of God who were scattered abroad11:52
106For the poor you have with you always, but Me you do not have always12:8
107“Hosanna, Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD! the king of Israel.”12:13
108Look, the world has gone after Him12:19
109If it (a grain) dies, it produces much grain12:24
110The ruler of this world will be cast out12:31
111And, I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to Myself12:32
112The CHRIST remains forever12:34
113Because of the Pharisees they did not confess Him, lest they should be put out of the Synagogue12:42
114They (Pharisees) loved the praise of men more than the praise of God12:43
115Then Jesus cried out and said, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me12:44
116I did not come to judge the world but to save the world12:47
117He had come from God, and was going to God13:3
118Jesus began to wash the disciples fee, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded13:5
119You also ought to wash one another’s feet13:14
120“He who eats bread with Me has lifted up his heel against Me”13:18
121You love one another, as I have loved you13:34
122The rooster shall not crow till you have denied Me three times13:38
123Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me14:1
124If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am there you may be also14:3
125I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me14:6
126He who has seen Me, has seen the Father14:9
127He who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do14:12
128If you ask anything in My name, I will do it14:14
129If you love Me, keep My commandments14:15
130I will not leave you orphans14:18
131If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him14:23
132The Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you14:26
133Peace, I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid14:27
134My Father is greater than I14:28

154You will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; and you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy16:20
155Your joy no one will take from you16:22
156Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full16:24

176Do not be unbelieving, but believing20:27
177Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed20:29
178Simon Peter said to them, “I am going fishing, “they said to him, “we are going with you also. They went out and immediately get into the boat, and that night they caught nothing.”21:3

180There are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen.21:25
