(God) who has blessed us with every Spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ1:3
He chose us in Him, before the foundation of the world1:4
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace1:7
You were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise1:13
The God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him1:17
He worked in Christ when he raised Him from dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places1:20
He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the Church. ( which is his body)1:22-23
And you, He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins2:1
By grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God2:8
Now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been made near by the blood of Christ2:13
He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of division between us2:14
Now, therefore you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God2:19

God who created all things through Jesus Christ3:9
Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith3:17
Who (God) is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us. To Him be glory in the Church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen3:20-21
There is one body and one spirit just as you were called in one hope of your calling;4:4
One Lord, one Faith, one Baptism4:5
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all4:6

He who descended is also the one who ascended far above all the Heavens, that He might fill all things4:10
He Himself gave some to be Apostles, some Prophets, some evangelists, and some Pastors and teachers4:11
Till we all come to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ4:13
That you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,4:22
And be renewed in the spirit of your mind,4:23
And that you put on the new man which was created according to God in righteousness and true holiness4:24
Each one speak truth with his neighbour, for we are members of one another4:25

And be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ also forgive you4:32
And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us an offering and sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma5:2
Redeeming the time, because the days are evil5:16

Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ5:20
Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the LORD5:22

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the Church and gave Himself for it5:25
For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the LORD does the Church5:29

Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness and having shod your feed with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one, and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God6:14-17
